The weave of a fabric is strong when every thread holds firm.
Manifattura Tessile Pierozzi was founded in 1958, when Lorenzo Pierozzi and his wife Graziella started a small business with just a few looms and a great deal of dedication. Over more than 60 years, this family-run enterprise has grown into a thriving company, constantly evolving, with over 30 employees.
Aperto met them at a pivotal moment—the decision to create their very first website. Like many Italian SMEs, their business has always been built on direct, personal relationships. That human connection is beautiful and deeply romantic. But in recent years, the digital world has proven to be not just an alternative path, but a powerful tool to expand one’s presence.
When we got to know Manifattura Tessile Pierozzi, we set out to create a digital space that would mirror their physical reality: modern, rich in history, and accessible.
To achieve this, we didn’t just listen to their past—we needed to understand the future they envisioned. We started with the present, exploring their four main product lines, comprising over 2,500 different fabrics, serving thousands of businesses worldwide every day.
We discovered their vision of sustainability, and we were both impressed and inspired by the tangible impact of their efforts. Their commitment to the environment is clear: a solar energy system powers their production with clean energy, and their impressive list of certifications reflects their dedication to eco-compatibility and product quality.
But sustainability also applies to their people. At Manifattura Tessile Pierozzi, machines remain tools—guided by skilled and experienced workers, protected by a workplace that ensures safety through continuous equipment maintenance and professional training programs.
That’s why we at Aperto encouraged them to create a digital portal—not to replace human interaction with automation, but to provide information and history that would always be clear and accessible from any device.
They told us: "The weave of a fabric is strong when every thread holds firm."
And we are proud to have added a new thread to their story—one that we believe will lead them toward an exciting new chapter in their company’s journey.
