Bringing the experience of eating well—every single day
From London to Florence, between a liver crostini, the dream of making it big, and the desire to share their knowledge.
Leo and Giulio are two young Florentine chefs who started their journey together, working their way up before going their separate ways—at least geographically. In 2020, while one was in London and the other in Florence, they realized it was time to bring their vision of Tuscan tradition to life. But how?
At 25, opening a restaurant isn’t easy. It’s a demanding investment, both financially and logistically. But, as in any great story, a mentor was ready to help.
Mr. Ciabattini had always had a dream: to own a tavern big enough to host all his friends. When he met the determination and passion of Leo and Giulio, he knew that by working together, they could turn everyone’s dream into reality.
That’s how Casa Ciabattini was born—a new Florentine osteria, nestled within the walls of an ancient palace rich in history, now filled with a contemporary spirit. A place where guests can sit down and savor dishes rooted in Tuscan tradition, infused with the flavors of the past while delighting the palates of all generations.
The Ciabattini recipe book is open, and the flames are lit. Good luck, boys—your story has just begun!
