Pierozzi Textile Manufacture was founded in 1958, when Lorenzo Pierozzi and his wife Graziella, with few looms and a lot of dedication, started a small business. This family business, in more than 60 years of history, has grown to become a thriving company, in continuous development, with more than 30 employees.
Aperto met them at an important moment for them, the decision to create their first website. Like many Italian SMEs, their job has always been to witness the company firsthand, with human contact, and it's beautiful and romantic. But in recent years, digital technology has demonstrated how it can behave not only as a single way, but as a tool to increase its presence.
When we met the Pierozzi Textile Manufacture, we decided to create a digital place that would reflect their physical company: modern, rich in history and accessible.
To do this, in addition to letting us tell their past story, we had to understand what future they imagined. We started from the present by meeting their 4 main lines, consisting of more than 2500 different fabrics, which satisfy thousands of companies around the world every day.
We learned about their concept of sustainability, being happy and amazed by the concreteness of their actions. Towards the environment first and foremost, with a photovoltaic system capable of producing clean energy to be used in production and with a list of certifications obtained for the eco-compatibility and quality of their products.
Even that of their people. At Pierozzi Textile Manufacture, machines are still only tools, directed by capable and competent workers and employees, protected to work safely with continuous equipment maintenance and refresher courses.
So here we at Aperto have also advised them to create a portal that can become a new tool in their hands. No crazy automations or processes that can replace human contact, but information and history, always accessible and clear, from any device.
